Nobody stays stuck by accident.
Something is being protected.
Most people come to coaching wanting relief. I work best with people who want something harder: to actually become different, not just feel better about who they already are. That means being honest about where you're actually at, not where you think you should be, and building enough self-trust to keep stretching past it.

The cost of authenticity is identity.
A belief I keep coming back to in this work.
Becoming who you actually want to be almost always means giving up a version of yourself you've been performing, sometimes for years. That's not a side effect of real change. It's the actual work.
What You May Be Navigating
This work blends practical psychology with real relationship, over time, so you can see what's actually driving your choices and build something different in its place.
The pattern that keeps repeating
The reaction, the relationship dynamic, the thing you do even when you know better.
The part of you that got rejected along the way
Shadow work, inner child work, and parts work, used to build a relationship with what you've spent years pushing down instead of eliminating it.
How you connect, protect, and withdraw
Attachment patterns, codependent cycles, and the ways you've learned to manage closeness instead of actually experiencing it.
Self-trust and direction
Clarifying what's actually yours, and making decisions from there instead of from fear or performance.
Bringing it into real life
Career, leadership, relationships, daily choices, wherever the pattern is actually costing you something.
The Approach
This work draws on a formal philosophical training in the tradition of New Ashla, itself built from Buddhism, Stoicism, Taoism, and other contemplative schools, alongside a formal education in psychology and the practical tools of shadow work, attachment theory, and IFS-informed coaching. The philosophy gives the work its depth. The psychology gives it structure. Neither one alone is enough.

A simple process for understanding what is happening, choosing a different response, and building change you can carry into everyday life.
See it
Notice the pattern that's actually running, not the story you've been telling about it.
Understand it
Find what it's protecting you from, and why it made sense to build it in the first place.
Build a relationship with it
Stop treating the part of you that's stuck as the enemy.
Experience something different
Test a new way of showing up, in real life, not just in the room.
Integrate it
Make the shift something that holds, not something that fades by next week.
